    I can help you to set boundaries. Boundaries allow you to establish routines that work well for you and your family. Healthy boundaries free up your time to give you more space & energy for the things you love to do – such as carving out some “me time” or spending time with loved ones!

    Additionally, I can teach you healthy coping skills to alleviate depression, anxiety, and other stress while working to make these skills into habits. My goal for all clients is to help you live a more balanced life with decreased symptoms of anxiety and depression, and increased feelings of well-being.
